We start things off with the most important step: getting to know you. Let us know what you envision for your home, from the floor plan to the front door and everything in between. Giving us as much information as possible about what you want is key at this stage.

Our talented team will put together design plans that capitalize on what you want out of your new home. We will present them to you, tweak them as necessary, and then get them ready for construction.

Now construction can begin! We will give you regular updates about the progress of your home along the way. While we will do our absolute best to keep the timeline on track, please know that delays do happen, but we will do our best to overcome them with ease. You are also welcome to tour the home site at any time; just give us a little notice in advance before your visit.
Once your home is fully constructed, then comes the exciting part – you get to move in! We tour the house with you to ensure your complete satisfaction and hand over the keys. At this point, you get to enjoy your newly constructed home for years to come.
